Questions

Is my spreadsheet uploaded anywhere?

No. Your spreadsheet, logo and certificates are processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to our servers, so names and other personal details never leave your device.

Which files can I use?

Excel (.xlsx or .xls) or CSV, with one row per certificate. Each column becomes a merge tag such as {{Full_Name}} that you can place anywhere on the certificate. You can also paste CSV directly.

Does it print on US Letter and A4?

Yes. Choose A4 (UK and Australia) or US Letter (US) above the preview. The layout adjusts to the paper, and every PDF is created at the true page size so it prints edge to edge on standard office printers.

Which currency will I pay in, and is tax included?

Prices are in US dollars and checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. It calculates and collects UK VAT, Australian GST and US sales tax where they apply and issues a tax invoice. Your bank converts the charge to pounds or Australian dollars.

What can I do for free?

Everything except bulk export: upload your list, pick a design, preview every certificate and download individual certificates as PDF or PNG. Free downloads carry a watermark.

What do I get when I pay?

Certificates without the watermark, a ZIP with one PDF per recipient, and a single merged PDF ready for printing. The Batch Pass ($19 once) covers up to 500 certificates for 7 days. Pro ($29 a month, or $199 a year) is unlimited and can be cancelled at any time.

How do I use my purchase on another computer?

Enter the license key from your receipt email under “Already bought?” in the upgrade window. A Batch Pass works in 3 browsers and Pro in 5.

Can recipients verify their certificates?

You can add your own verification link, for example a page on your website. It's printed on each certificate and encoded in a scannable QR code. BulkCertPDF doesn't host a verification service.
